What are you trying to find in this life?

All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day."
John 6:37-40 (ESV)

Those who come to Christ are safe for eternity. It is Christ's finished work that we trust in, not our feeble attempts to behave. Those who have accepted God's gift of salvation through Christ are secure in Christ.

His provision is adequate, permanent, and permeating. Our trust in Him drives away all fears and rejection, and replaces them with confidence and purpose. In Christ alone we find our hope, purpose, and fulfillment.

What are you trying to find in this life? Are you looking in the right places?

One day, we answer to God.

It is good that God does not depend upon our ability, faith, or goodness
