We are warned, over and over again, that evil people will hate the truth. Those who embrace the truth will be hated because they represent the truth. If the truth would change (which is an absurd idea), then we would be acceptable.
 
Satan loves messing with our minds and trying to attach our worth to others' acceptance. We must resist this notion and focus on the truth, who God is, and watch Him sustain us and defeat evil.
 
Satan is evil and sows destruction wherever he can.
 
I need to embrace the truth, accept the cost, and enjoy the deliverance.
