Life-Giving Sunlight

There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.
John 1:6-8 (ESV)

Light is a wonderfully descriptive word to use when speaking of God. When something travels at the speed of light, time stands still, and it is in a timeless state. Light clearly exposes "dirt." Light is the source for all growth, keeps us from stumbling and allows us to see horizons.  Any healthy cell benefits from light and without it, in total darkness there is death.

As the moon reflects the life-giving sunlight, my job is to reflect life-giving Son light.

One day, we answer to God.

It is good that God does not depend upon our ability, faith, or goodness
