Regardless of our feeling, thoughts, desires, and ideas, Jesus is the only way to God. He is the only way and the only one who can give purpose to this life.
 
Illustrations abound concerning those who have ignored Him and tried to find their way on their own. In the end, they are frustrated, fearful, angry, or discouraged. Contrast those lives with the lives of the apostles who were excited about their future in their last moments on earth.
 
The way to God is exclusive, yet it is available to all who call upon His name. Only the foolish ignore such an invitation.

The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; against them he will thunder in heaven.
